Who we are

Lizard Reviews is a consortium of specialists from three disciplines: online reputation management, IT and engineering, and law. Between us we have more than 12 years in the field, and every case is handled by the people best placed to judge it.

  • Reputation management specialists read each case, work out which Google policy the review breaks, and decide whether we accept it.
  • IT specialists run our removal process and keep the records and reporting behind every case.
  • Legal specialists help set our case acceptance criteria and review our client and partner terms.

What we do

We remove Google reviews that violate Google's own content policies. We work directly with business owners and professionals, and as a white-label partner for reputation management agencies. We do not sell review generation, monitoring or SEO suppression.

How we work

  1. You send the link. Use the form on the homepage with the review link and a sentence about the business.
  2. We decide within 24 hours. We accept every review with text that breaks a Google policy, and we say so up front if we cannot take a case.
  3. Removal in 24 to 48 hours. Our own unique methods handle accepted cases, and we confirm the moment Google reflects the change.
  4. You pay after confirmation. $450 per review for direct clients, billed only once Google confirms removal, with a lifetime re-removal warranty.

Standards we hold

  • We remove only reviews that break Google's policies.
  • We never use account compromise or fake reporting networks.
  • We do not use SEO suppression as a substitute for removal.
  • We never contact a partner's end client, and we do not compete with partners for them.
  • We state our limits before accepting a case: a star rating with no text cannot be removed.

Track record
