1. Who is responsible for your data
Lizard Reviews ("we," "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through lizardreviews.com. Contact for privacy matters: petr@lizardreviews.com.

2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver the Service:
- Inquiry form data: name, email address, the Google review URL you submit (if any), and any message you write. Submitted directly through the form on our homepage.
- Email correspondence: whatever you send us by email, held in our mailbox.
- Scheduling data: if you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and selected time slot directly, under Calendly's own privacy policy. We receive the booking details but do not control how Calendly processes that data on its platform.
- Basic analytics: aggregate, cookie-free visit data (see Section 6). We do not collect payment card details on this Site; invoicing and payment are handled separately by bank transfer or wire, outside the website.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal data (health, financial account numbers, government ID numbers) through the inquiry form.

4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of third-party processors to run the Site and respond to you. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
- FormSubmit.co: processes and forwards submissions from our inquiry form to our inbox. FormSubmit is based in the United States.
- Google Workspace (Google LLC): hosts our business email.
- Vercel Inc.: hosts the Site and provides cookie-free web analytics and performance monitoring.
- Calendly: provides call scheduling, if you choose to book a call.
Where any of these processors is based outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the safeguards available under GDPR for that processor at the time of transfer, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy framework. We have not independently audited each processor's certification status; if this matters to you, check the processor's own privacy documentation before submitting data.
5. How long we keep it
Inquiry and correspondence data is kept for as long as needed to handle your case and answer follow-up questions, and for up to 3 years after our last contact with you for our own record-keeping, unless a longer period is required by law, for example invoicing and accounting records, which we retain per applicable tax and accounting rules. You can request earlier deletion; see Section 7.
6. Cookies and analytics
This Site does not set cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, both of which are cookie-free: they measure aggregate visit counts, referrers, page views, and page performance without a persistent identifier tied to you individually, and without any advertising or cross-site tracking. There is no cookie consent banner because there is nothing requiring consent under applicable e-privacy rules; if we ever add a tool that does set cookies, this page and the Site will be updated accordingly, with a consent mechanism where required.
7. Your rights
If GDPR or a similar law applies to you, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion ("right to be forgotten"), subject to our legal retention obligations
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority
To exercise any of these, email petr@lizardreviews.com. We will respond within one month, as required under GDPR, or explain why an extension is needed.
8. Children's privacy
This Site and Service are directed at businesses and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the limited data we hold, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) for the Site and standard access controls on our email and hosting accounts. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
